Product Introduction
1. The shaft end seal is equipped with a floating oil seal ring and specially made sealing components forming a multi-layer labyrinth seal structure with mechanical seals, ensuring reliable sealing, high stability, and long service life;
2. Equipped with a fully automatic lubrication system, four independently supplied oil pumps, high working pressure, and excellent performance;
3. Top-mounted motor installation layout, equipped with a belt self-tensioning device (patented technology) (utility model patent; patent number: 201821203610.1), improving transmission efficiency, preventing excessive belt wear and damage, and reducing maintenance costs;
4. The cylinder adopts a large volume ratio design concept, effectively improving mixing efficiency, extending the service life of the shaft end seal, reducing the chance of material wrapping the shaft, with a large opening discharge door design to prevent material jamming and leakage, low wear, and efficient, durable sealing effect;
5. The mixing device uses a 60° angle arrangement design, with streamlined casting mixing arms, ensuring uniform mixing, low resistance, and low probability of material wrapping the shaft;
6. Equipped with a military-grade manufactured planetary reducer, providing smooth transmission and high load capacity;
7. Optional configurations include original Italian reducers, original German fully automatic lubrication pumps, high-pressure cleaning devices, and temperature and humidity testing systems.
