WBZ800 Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant, Improved Soil Mixing Station, Industrial Waste Material Mixing Plant

Key words:Mixing station

The WBZ series stabilized soil mixing plant primarily consists of components such as the aggregate batching system, mixing system, aggregate and finished material conveying systems, powder material system, water supply system, air supply system, finished material storage system, and electrical control system. The aggregate batching system comprises an aggregate storage bin (with a capacity of 15 m³) and a batching belt scale. The belt scale is positioned beneath the hopper, featuring a seamless vulcanized belt that transports various materials onto the aggregate conveyor belt. An outlet gate is installed below the hopper, allowing adjustment of its opening height to precisely control the feed rate delivered by the batching belt scale. Vibrators mounted on the hopper walls help eliminate material arching. Additionally, inclined grating screens are fitted atop the hoppers to prevent oversized aggregates from entering the bins. The conveyor belt is equipped with a tensioning device, ensuring optimal tension and effectively correcting any belt misalignment during operation. The main unit employs an extended-type, double-horizontal-axis continuous mixer without liners, guaranteeing ample mixing time for thorough and uniform blending of materials. This design enhances mixing efficiency while maintaining high production output. Lubrication throughout the entire mixing system is managed centrally via an electrically driven heavy-duty oil pump, ensuring that bearings and floating seals remain in peak operational condition at all times. The double-horizontal-axis continuous mixer without liners maximizes the clearance between the mixing blades and the housing. During operation, this gap typically forms a stationary layer of mixed material that adheres to the housing, effectively acting as a protective liner against wear. Simultaneously, this arrangement reduces wear on the mixing blades themselves. All mixing blades are crafted from specialized, highly wear-resistant materials. For sealing at the shaft ends, advanced German technology is utilized, significantly extending seal life—up to approximately three times longer than conventional designs—while ensuring adequate lubrication. Notably, the shaft-end seals are entirely separate from the bearings, preventing mud and sand from infiltrating the bearing area and greatly enhancing the overall service life of the main unit. Moreover, replacing the shaft-end seals is quick and straightforward, reducing maintenance time to just one-quarter of that required for other types of seals.

Product Introduction

Qingdao Luda Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. With robust technical support and comprehensive product capabilities spanning both domestic and international markets, our products—particularly the stabilized soil mixing stations—clearly embody the contemporary trend of industrial modernization.

A stabilized soil mixing plant is an automated stabilized soil production line that uses computer-controlled automatic batching to mix stable soil meeting specified requirements. It can be configured with various standard mixing ratios according to customer needs and is capable of precisely blending a wide range of high-precision stabilized soil materials.

The difference between a stabilized soil mixing station and a concrete mixing station lies in:

1. The finished concrete produced by stabilized soil mixing plants is primarily used in the construction of transportation projects such as highways, railways, and airports, whereas the concrete produced by concrete mixing plants is mainly utilized for the construction of various engineering structures.

2. The finished products from the concrete mixing plant must meet higher quality standards compared to those from the stabilized soil mixing plant.

3. Different types of mixing units are employed. The stabilized soil mixing plant uses a twin-shaft continuous mixer, whereas concrete mixing plants typically rely primarily on JS twin-shaft forced mixers and MP series vertical planetary mixers, delivering more intense, uniform, and ideal mixing results.

4. Since the proportion of cement required for stabilized soil production is relatively low, stabilized soil mixing plants typically have only a small number of cement silos—often just one or two are sufficient. In contrast, concrete mixing plants generally require three to four cement storage bins.

5. Stabilized soil mixing plants typically use dynamic measurement methods, while concrete mixing plants employ static measurement methods for production.

The structure of a stabilized soil mixing plant is simpler than that of a concrete mixing plant. However, the quality of the finished product does not need to meet the stringent standards required for concrete mixing plants. Before making an investment, customers must carefully assess and confirm the future market for concrete sales—whether it will primarily serve highway construction projects or construction site applications. Typically, both stabilized soil mixing plants and concrete mixing plants are necessary for highway construction, while construction sites usually only require concrete mixing plants.

Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant: Refers to the machinery and equipment used for producing stabilized soil, which mixes various materials to create a uniform stabilized soil product.

The concrete mixing plant primarily consists of a mixing main unit, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system, and control system. Composed of five major systems and other ancillary facilities.
