The WBZ series stabilized soil mixing plant primarily consists of components such as the aggregate batching system, mixing system, aggregate conveyor system, finished material storage system, powder material system, water supply system, air supply system, and electrical control system. The aggregate batching system comprises an aggregate storage bin (with a capacity of 15 m³) and a batching belt scale. The belt scale is positioned beneath the hopper, and the conveyor belt features a seamless vulcanized design, transporting various materials onto the aggregate conveyor belt. A discharge gate is installed below the hopper; adjusting its opening height allows precise control over the feed rate delivered by the batching belt scale. Additionally, vibrators are mounted on the hopper walls to prevent material arching. An inclined grate screen is fitted atop the hopper to block large-sized aggregates from entering the bin. The conveyor belt is equipped with a tensioning device, ensuring optimal tension and effectively correcting any belt misalignment during operation. The main unit employs an extended-type, dual-horizontal-axis continuous mixer without liners, guaranteeing ample mixing time for thorough and uniform blending of materials. This design enhances the mixer's powerful performance while maintaining high productivity. Lubrication for the entire mixing system is managed centrally via an electrically driven heavy-duty oil pump, ensuring that bearings and floating oil seals consistently operate at peak efficiency. Moreover, the dual-horizontal-axis continuous mixer maximizes the gap between the mixing blades and the mixer casing. During operation, this gap typically forms a stationary layer of mixed material that adheres to the casing, effectively acting as a protective liner against wear while simultaneously reducing blade erosion. All mixing blades are crafted from specialized, highly wear-resistant materials. At the shaft ends, advanced German technology is utilized for sealing, which not only ensures abundant lubrication but also extends the seal’s lifespan—up to three times longer than conventional seals. Notably, the shaft-end seal is entirely separate from the bearing assembly, significantly minimizing the risk of mud or sand ingress into the bearing area. As a result, the overall service life of the main unit is greatly enhanced. Additionally, replacing the shaft-end seal is quick and convenient, requiring only one-quarter the maintenance time compared to other types of seals.

1. The finished concrete produced by stabilized soil mixing plants is primarily used in the construction of transportation projects such as highways, railways, and airports, while the concrete produced by concrete mixing plants is mainly utilized for building various types of engineering structures.

2. The finished products from the concrete mixing plant must meet higher quality standards than those from the stabilized soil mixing plant.

3. The types of mixing units used differ. While stabilized soil mixing plants employ dual-horizontal-axis continuous mixers, concrete mixing plants typically rely primarily on JS dual-horizontal-axis forced-action mixers and MP-series vertical-axis planetary mixers, delivering a more intense, uniform, and ideal mixing performance.

4. Since stable soil production requires a relatively low proportion of cement, stable soil mixing plants typically have only a few cement silos—often just one or two are sufficient. In contrast, concrete mixing plants usually need three to four cement storage bins.

5. Stable soil mixing plants typically use dynamic measurement, while concrete mixing plants employ static measurement for production.

The structure of a stabilized soil mixing plant is simpler than that of a concrete mixing plant, and the quality of the finished product doesn’t need to meet the stringent standards required for concrete mixing plants. Before investing, customers must carefully assess and confirm the future market for concrete sales—whether it will primarily serve highway construction or construction site projects. While both stabilized soil mixing plants and concrete mixing plants are typically needed for highway projects, construction sites usually only require a concrete mixing plant.
