Dry-mix mortar equipment is industrial machinery designed for the production of dry-mixed mortars. It primarily consists of components such as material storage tanks, double-axis gravity-free mixers, and packaging scales. The annual production capacity ranges from 50,000 to 200,000 tons for ready-mixed mortar lines, and from 100,000 to 600,000 tons for dry-mix mortar lines. This equipment comes in various layout types, including tower-style and station-style configurations. The tower-style design features a vertical sealed channel that helps reduce energy consumption, while the station-style setup is more compact and easier to maintain. At the heart of the system lies a high-efficiency dual-axis paddle mixing system, which ensures uniform mixing with a homogeneity rate exceeding 99%, effectively preserving the original shape and structure of the materials.

The production line is equipped with a PLC control system and a touch-screen operation interface, integrating processes such as masterbatch mixing, metered conveying, and additive supply. It also features high-precision additive batching scales and an ultrasonic heat-sealing packaging machine, enabling automatic packaging of 20–50 kg valve bags.
